Party Supply Factory Cartoon

This is a 2D animated cartoon produced by Michael Scott Productions. Using still clip art, animation was created using advanced techniques. Simulated camera movements were added to add a continuous shot though out the entire commercial.  The story was written by the client and then implemented.
